  1. What happens if there is bad weather on the day of my pickup?
  1. If our office is closed due to bad weather conditions scheduled pickups will be the following day.
  1. What is your Holiday Schedule?
  1. Carnevale Disposal is closed for the following Holidays:
    • New Years Day
    • Thanksgiving Day
    • Christmas Day
    • Memorial Day
    • July 4th
    • Labor Day
    If your pickup falls on one of the mentioned holidays your pick up will be the following day.
  1. What Counties do you service?
  1. We service Mercer County, Middlesex County, Somerset County, Hunterdon County, Monmouth County, and Burlington County.
  1. What if I need to keep my container longer/have it removed sooner?
  1. Please note all changes to your order must occur at least one business day in advance to allow for processing.
  1. What if I need a larger container?
  1. Please review container sizes for assistance in confirming the best-sized container to fit your needs.
  1. Is it necessary for someone to be there when they deliver or remove my container?
  1. We prefer someone be there but if you are not able to be there please provide a detailed description of where the container is needed.
  1. Will I be billed for extra weight?
  1. All containers have a weight max.
  1. What do I do when I'm done with the container?
  1. We ask that you please call our office when you are done. If we don't pick up the container that day, we will most likely pick it up the next business day
